An important phase of our recruitment approach is in developing a comprehensive brief for candidates to read if short-listed for interview. Realistic Job Previews (RJPs) are an important element in effective recruiting, helping to select appropriate candidates and enhancing subsequent job retention.
We typically provide a summary of the best applicants in order to ensure that we are on the right track. This summary also helps protect the identity of those candidates who may not move to the short-listed phase.
Apart from interviewing and reference checks, we often conduct psychological testing and assessments in order to gain a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate and his or her match with the job requirements and the client organisation.
